◆ Design the foundation drawing according to the customer's land.
◆ Support customer come to visit our factory, Provide free shuttle service from the Qingdao airport or train station.
◆ Test machine for the customer when customer come.
◆ Provide customer local reference, customer can talk with them or visit their machine working.
◆ Provide all the shipment documents to customers to clear the machine at the destination port.
◆ Provide the foundation drawing, workshop drawing, factory drawing for customer to build the whole block factory.
◆ After customer receive the machine, we will dispatch engineers to help customer install the machine and do the training, if customer install the machine by themself, we will provide the installation manual and videos to guide them install step by step.
◆ Provide the maintenance schedule to guide the customer do maintenance.
◆ Regular return visit to check the machine working states.
◆ Provide two years warranty, if any parts of the machine break within one year(non-human factors), we will provide you the new parts freely.
