Our automatic frame stacking system has the following advantages
Each layer of the blocks will have a gap, so the top layer blocks won’t press on the down layer blocks anymore, it can protect every blocks won’t broken.
One time can load three pallet or more, and can load more than 5 layers, so each frame minimum can load 15 pallets.
Also we have the unloading system which can unload the blocks from the frame layer by layer, so the total production line is automatic working.
The traditional stacker can stack the blocks layer by layer, but the top layer blocks will press on the down layer blocks, so the down layer blocks will be easy broken, especially for making color pavers, the color face very easily be broken by the top layer pallet, and usually can only stack 2-3 layers.
